A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a property's accessible components to determine its condition at the time of the inspection. It covers the roof, exterior, structure, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, interior, built-in appliances and safety features. Specialized testing, such as mold or pests, is not included unless arranged.
A typical Cayman home inspection takes about two to three hours on site, depending on the size and age of the home. Your comprehensive report with photos and commentary is then delivered confidentially to your email.
You are welcome to attend, but it is not necessary. Our team handles the inspection independently and provides a detailed report with photos and clear explanations of our findings.
